Compensation


Tom Evers has a couple of choices when considering to implement a viable compensation package for the Packers Union. XYZ compsnsation and rewad system is outdated and compensation is below industry standards. Retention levels are dropping. Tom must consider some compensation diemensions: Pay for work performance, pay for time not worked, Loss of income continuation, and benefits and services.
